Trina Vertex Monocrystalline Module 590w, 595w,600w, 605w,610w

Based on the 210mm large-size silicon wafer and monocrystalline PERC cell, the Vertex comes with several innovative design features allowing high power output of more than 600W. Excellent temperature coefficient and low irradiation performance brings the greater power. Furthermore, benefit from square mono cells and high-density encapsulation technology, the efficiency of Vertex can reach up to 21.4%.

The manufacturing process for mono facial solar panels involves slicing cylindrical silicon ingots into thin wafers, which are then treated and assembled into solar cells. These cells are interconnected and encapsulated within a protective frame to create the final solar panel product.

Low-voltage, Higher Module String Power Output, Improvement in Power Output of a Single Module String by More Than 41%. Based on the aim of improving the system efficiency and reducing the balance-of-system costs, Trina Solar’s research and development team has introduced an innovative design of low-voltage and higher module string power output. Typicallly, Trina can interconnect 33 Vertex modules into a string. Compared with other reference module, a single module string can achieve up to a 41% power increase, 15% racking decrease, 17% foundation decrease and 35% combiner box decrease, indicating an innovative technological breakthrough and ushering in a new era of 600W+.

With stronger resistance against hotspots and excessive temperature, Vertex modules maintain high reliability. The application of multi-busbar cells results in more uniform loads to prevent stress, resulting in better performance even in case of slight cracking.
