Efecto fotovoltaico: El efecto fotovoltaico se refiere a la absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda fot\u00f3nica por parte de los electrones cuando la luz incide sobre materiales semiconductores, lo que provoca que los electrones salten de la banda de valencia a la banda de conducci\u00f3n, generando pares de electrones-huecos. De esta forma, se forman flujos de electrones y huecos en el semiconductor, generando as\u00ed corriente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Uni\u00f3n PN: los paneles solares suelen estar compuestos por dos capas de materiales semiconductores dopados de forma diferente para formar una uni\u00f3n PN. Entre ellos, la regi\u00f3n P es rica en cargas positivas (huecos) y la regi\u00f3n N es rica en cargas negativas (electrones).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Absorci\u00f3n de luz: La superficie del panel solar est\u00e1 cubierta con una capa de absorci\u00f3n de luz, que suele estar hecha de silicio. Cuando la luz solar incide sobre la capa de absorci\u00f3n de luz, se absorbe la energ\u00eda del fot\u00f3n, lo que excita los pares electr\u00f3n-hueco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
